Free Wi-Fi Access
Free Wi-Fi access has proliferated in the U.S. Coffee shops had offered free wi-fi to attract coffee drinkers. I’ve been wanting to try one. The only way you can avail of free Wi-Fi is if you go around town wardriving (a process of hunting open Wi-Fi internet connection).
Just yesterday, I found an ad from a local coffee shop offering free Wi-Fi access from their cafe. I would only have to bring my laptop (notebook?) and order a cup of coffee.
I have planned to upload tons of photos I have accumulated. This is not possible to do using dialup connection at home. My only worry is if it’s safe to use the coffee shop’s internet connection. I’m talking about spywares and viruses invading my laptop.

I was in the US last year because of work. All the hotels I stayed at had free internet access. I wonder if the hotel’s here have internet access already? That way you can stay in the lobby and mooch off of the free wi-fi… hehehe
