Coffee and The Geeks
Why is it that when a study conducted reveals positive results about the health impact of coffee, geeks around the world celebrate? What is it with coffee that geeks love?
Geeks have been drinking coffee even before studies discovered they contain antioxidants that is beneficial to the body. And they are not drinking coffee by reason of its benefits. So what is it then? Maybe coffee keeps them awake when working all night coding/hacking. Maybe coffee is the only allowed beverage geeks can have in the office.

Begins with S that I put in coffee
I had a game with my daughter last night. We played a word game wherein we chooses a letter. We then alternately give a word that starts with the chosen letter. Sometimes the four year old girl runs out of words. I try to help her by giving her clues.
What to do if your toilet is leaking
The waterline to the toilet tank in our bathroom is leaking. I began noticing little dripping yesterday afternoon. Upon inspection this morning, the leakage was worsen. Further inspection is worst. I broke the line.

You can get antioxidants from many sources. Fruits have the high level of antioxidants. Other foods like cranberries, dates, and red grapes have higher level of antioxidants than coffee.

Coffee, blogging and rainy saturday morning
I am drinking instant coffee while waiting for the Windows XP patches and bug fixes to come in via a slow dial-up connection. It’s a saturday morning and it’s raining pretty heavily. I should be snuggling in bed. Rain and saturday mornings gets me into that lazy mode.
Microsoft OS authenticity validation
Is Microsoft actively validating its Operating System through Windows Update? I have just ran Windows Update for my regular weekly minimum security routine patching and checkup. I was prompted with an update of Windows Update that requires me to install a validation tool. I cannot proceed to download patches and fixes for my OS without first validating the authenticity of my OS.
Google Talk
I’m a bit late on this one and I should be because I don’t have a GMail account. Google Talk require a Gmail account to login. I think I’ll miss this boat. Again.
