Coffee and The Geeks
Why is it that when a study conducted reveals positive results about the health impact of coffee, geeks around the world celebrate? What is it with coffee that geeks love?
Geeks have been drinking coffee even before studies discovered they contain antioxidants that is beneficial to the body. And they are not drinking coffee by reason of its benefits. So what is it then? Maybe coffee keeps them awake when working all night coding/hacking. Maybe coffee is the only allowed beverage geeks can have in the office.

It’s got to be the caffeine, so you’re right, keeps the geeks awake and sharp to be able to see complex connections
between data, objects and or modules.
On the creative side… personally I’m more inspired when I have a very good caffeine fix, which similar thing with coding enables me to see forms differently.

Ahh, remind me of how “Java” came to be… coz the programmers (and yes including Gosling) were sipping coffee to keep awake while coding.
Mr. Coffee guy, mangkot lang ko kung bal-an mo diin makabakal coffee syrup like Torani (I would like my coffee taste like Mocha or Vanilla) kag ang cream na bala nga gina butang for coffee freeze ala Starbucks ahehehe. Nope I am not selling. Just want some fancy coffee to drink, hot or cold
