Short is not automatically thin
Word count does not create value by itself. A concise compatibility note, code correction, release observation or carefully annotated link can satisfy a narrow need. A one-sentence paraphrase of another page usually cannot.

Minimum useful note
- A specific title or timestamped subject.
- The original observation, answer or selected resource.
- Enough context to understand why it matters.
- A source link when the note depends on an external claim.
- A related guide when a deeper path exists.
